Charcoal Champ™- Overview
The Typical Charcoal Chimney Advantages:
- It does not use charcoal lighter fluids to start the coals, thus eliminating any
issues with “flame ups” or lighter fluid after-taste.
- It allows you to pour the charcoal from the bag directly into the chimney, which
keeps your hands clean.
- It is designed so that you can start the coals with wadded up paper.
The Charcoal Champ™ - What makes it safer, better & easier to use:
- In addition to the typical charcoal chimney advantages, with the
Charcoal Champ™ you do not have to pour the hot coals into the grill.
You just position it where you want the hot coals and then pull the release
handle. The grate rotates open and safely deposits the hot coals into the grill.
- The release mechanism is located in the handle for one handed operation,
although a second handle has been added for additional support if needed.
- You can start the coals using an environmentally friendly electric heating
element. This is the preferred method of starting the charcoals since it
eliminates the use of burning paper and the need to watch over it to make
sure its starts, and unlike wadded up paper there is no left over ash that can
fly up on the food later.
- There is also an optional grilling grate that fits onto the top of the
Charcoal Champ™ creating a personal sized grill large enough to grill 2 large
hamburgers or pork chops or at least 4 hot dogs.
- The design is so unique and innovative that we have filed for a patent making the
Charcoal Champ™ a proprietary charcoal starter.
